Obama promises to help the victims of Hurricane "Sandy" without bureaucracy

The American president has already promised to the affected areas, in which they quickly will be supported, with no red tape and bureaucracy. He also urged other Americans to support their fellow citizens and to begin to make a donation for the victims of the hurricane. Fundraising will deal with the American Red Cross.

Recall, the strongest hurricane in recent years has killed more than 60 people, including 36 U.S. citizens. The hardest had U.S. state of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
