The richest Europeans were called residents of Liechtenstein, Moldavians and then named the poorest in the Old World. This is said in a public statement on Wednesday, October 31, research company GfK "The purchasing power in Europe: 2012-2013", analyzes the figure in 42 countries.
As it turned out, the average citizens of Moldova, Belarus and the breakaway republic of Kosovo earn less than two euros a year. In Liechtenstein, the same per person is about 57,000 euros per year.
The poorest country in the European Union called Bulgaria. Here a man earns in a year, about 2800 euros. This is lower than in Serbia, which is not an EU member and experiencing the devastating impact of the crisis - the Serbs are just over 3 euros per year.
